What “Delivery” Means Here

RORO TRUCK does not ship parcels or goods by courier. “Delivery” means the transport and placement of a rented RORO bin at the address you specify, and its subsequent collection and disposal of the contents at a licensed facility. This policy explains how that service is performed.

All delivery, rental and disposal charges are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and are shown in full before you confirm a booking.

Service Coverage

We deliver across Selangor and the Klang Valley, including Bandar Baru Bangi, Kajang, Semenyih, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Seri Kembangan, Shah Alam, Subang, Klang and Kuala Lumpur, with wider coverage in Peninsular Malaysia through our partner operator network.

Availability outside our core coverage area depends on operator supply on the day. If your address falls outside the serviceable area, the app will indicate this before payment, or our team will contact you and issue a full refund if the booking cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, road closures, local authority restrictions and site access can affect arrival times. We will notify you through the app or by phone if a slot cannot be met, and you may reschedule or cancel for a full refund in that case.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery, placement and collection are included in the rental price shown at checkout for addresses inside the standard coverage zone.
• Locations beyond the standard zone may attract an additional distance surcharge, which is displayed before payment.
• Additional trips requested by you — relocating a bin, an extra swap, or a repeat visit after a failed attempt — are charged separately at the prevailing rate.

Site Requirements — Please Read Before Booking

A RORO bin is delivered by a hook-lift truck and needs firm, level, unobstructed ground. Before your delivery slot, please ensure:

• A clear placement area of approximately 7m long × 3m wide, with at least 5m of overhead clearance (no cables, branches, awnings or low structures).
• Truck access to the placement point: firm ground, no soft soil, and adequate turning and reversing space.
• Vehicles, materials, gates and barriers cleared from the access route and drop point.
• Someone contactable on site, or clear written placement instructions supplied with the booking.
• Where the bin will stand on a public road, road reserve or shared space, you must obtain the required permission or permit from the local authority (PBT) in advance. We can advise, but the permit obligation is yours.

Placement And Property Damage

The bin is placed where you or your representative direct. Hook-lift trucks are heavy and RORO bins exert significant point loading. We are not liable for damage to driveways, paving, kerbs, drain covers, culverts, underground services, turf or private roads caused by placing, standing or lifting a bin at a location you have selected. If you are unsure whether a surface can take the load, tell us before the driver arrives.

Rental Period, Collection And Extensions

• The standard rental period is stated on your order confirmation and begins on the date the bin is placed.
• Request collection through the app or by contacting support. Collection is normally performed within 1 to 2 working days of your request, subject to access.
• If you need the bin longer, request an extension before the rental period ends. Extension days are charged at the prevailing daily rate.
• Bins not released for collection after the rental period, and not extended, continue to accrue daily rental charges.
• The same site access conditions apply on collection day as on delivery day.

Loading Rules

• Do not fill above the rim. Loads must be level with the top edge so the bin can be safely sheeted and transported. Overloaded bins cannot be lifted by law and will be refused.
• Do not exceed the weight capacity for the bin size booked. Dense materials — concrete, soil, brick, tile — reach the weight limit well before the bin looks full.
• Distribute the load evenly and keep long items inside the bin footprint.
• Where a bin is overloaded, we may refuse collection until you reduce the load, or level it ourselves and charge for the work.

Prohibited Waste

The following must never be placed in a RORO bin. These are classified as scheduled or hazardous waste under Malaysian environmental law and require licensed handling:

If prohibited waste is found in a bin, you are responsible for its removal and for all costs of special handling, separation, transport, disposal, cleaning and any fines imposed on us or on the operator. We may refuse collection until the material is removed.

Ownership, Care And Contents

The bin remains the property of the operator or of Simatex United Sdn Bhd at all times. While it is on your site you are responsible for its reasonable care and security. You are liable for loss of, or damage to, the bin beyond fair wear and tear, including damage from fire, burning of waste, or third parties. Waste placed in the bin becomes our responsibility for disposal only once the bin has been lifted and collected; do not place valuables or items you intend to retain in the bin.

Disposal

Collected waste is transported to licensed and approved disposal, recovery or recycling facilities in accordance with Malaysian environmental and local authority requirements. Recyclable material is separated where the receiving facility supports it.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, accidents, road closures, traffic restrictions, vehicle breakdown, industrial action, disposal-site closure, acts of government or local authority, or force majeure. Where such an event prevents delivery, we will reschedule with you or refund the booking in full.
